Come learn a variety of activities, tools, and techniques you can use in your career development work, including:
- Indentifying core career values using non-assessment activities

- Applying career values as a filter for interests, personality, and skills information
- Assessing the congruence of career values with existing work or potential career options
- Using career values knowledge to initiate work and career development action plans
From writing emails to exploring career options, we “take our type to work” every day! A deeper knowledge of type and its impact on work can be a valuable tool for facilitating the career development process, as well as for understanding behaviors in the workplace.
