Patrick Kerwin is principal of Kerwin & Associates in San Diego, California, specializing in organizational development and training, workshop design and delivery, and career development.
A Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Master Practitioner, Patrick works with corporate, educational, government, and not-for-profit organizations on team building, communication enhancement, conflict management, change management, stress management, and individual development using the MBTI® instrument. He is also one of a handful of trainers who conducts the four-day MBTI® Certification Program for CPP, Inc., the American Management Association, and the Center for Applications of Psychological Type. In addition, he is a frequent conference speaker on applications of the MBTI instrument.
Patrick has recently worked with the following organizations: Amgen; Google; Lockheed Martin; Microsoft; the California HealthCare Foundation Leadership Program; Monarch Healthcare; the city of Culver City, CA; the University of Notre Dame; Purdue University; Thunderbird School of Global Management; and Irvine Valley College.
Patrick is the developer of the MBTI® Optimizing Team Performance program, and created the Team Performance Accelerator program for CPP, Inc., the publisher of the MBTI instrument. He is also the author of the Kerwin Values Survey® career values assessment, now in its third edition.
Patrick is the founder and Past-President of SANDAPT, the San Diego chapter of the Association for Psychological Type International. Patrick holds his MBA and Career Counseling Specialist Graduate Certificate from California State University, Long Beach, and is a National Certified Counselor.
